Digital Media Rights

J.Sabastian Photography, LLC abides by and is protected by all U.S. Copyright Laws.

Any digital photograph(s) and/or video(s) produced by: J.Sabastian Photography, LLC or any photographer and/or videographer assisting and/or representing on behalf of J.Sabastian Photography, LLC to include, but not limited to: all RAW digital files, all JPEG digital files, and all PNG digital files are the sole property of J.Sabastian Photography, LLC and are protected by Federal Copyright Laws (all rights reserved) and may not be reproduced in any manner without the explicit written consent/permission of J.Sabastian Photography, LLC.

Upon final payment by the client, limited copyright ownership of the final delivered image(s) and/or video(s) will be transferred to the client. J.Sabastian Photography, LLC will grant the client the permission to share the final delivered image(s) and/or video(s) on social networking websites, with family and friends, and on vendor websites as long as the image(s) and/or video(s) remain unaltered and textual credit is explicitly given to J.Sabastian Photography, LLC . The client must obtain written consent/permission from J.Sabastian Photography, LLC prior to publishing (for profitable gain) and/or selling (for profitable gain) the final delivered image(s) and/or video(s) that were delivered to the client by J.Sabastian Photography, LLC.

J.Sabastian Photography, LLC retains all copyrights to the digital image(s) and/or video(s) produced by J.Sabastian Photography, LLC and may request the client to discontinue the use of the digital image(s) and/or video(s) at any time if J.Sabastian Photography, LLC or a person(s) representing J.Sabastian Photography, LLC on their behalf identifies and determines that the client has violated or is in violation of any of the above listed copyright terms.
