Payment policy

At the time of confirming a date and time for a photography session, all clients are required to pay a non-refundable initial payment of 50% of the total cost of the photography session. The initial payment secures the date and time of the photography session and will go towards the final total cost of the photography session.

Any remaining balance of the photography session will be due on or before the confirmed photography session date. Any discussions and/or decisions for payment options to cover the remaining balance of the photography session after the photography session will be communicated via e-mail and agreed upon within the signed “Statement of Work” document prior to the photography session date.

 

cancellation policy

If the photography session needs to be rescheduled or cancelled for any reason, J.Sabastian Photography, LLC MUST be notified by the client or a representative of the client within 24 hours or more prior to the confirmed photography session date.

Proper Notification - If the client or a representative of the client notifies J.Sabastian Photography, LLC within 24 hours or more of the confirmed photography session date, then the client may reschedule the photography session within 30 days without the loss of any monies paid beyond the initial payment towards the final photography session cost. If the client wishes to cancel their photography session in its entirety, then the client will receive a refund for any monies paid beyond the non-refundable initial payment.

If the client or a representative of the client needs to reschedule for a second time and provides notification within 24 hours or more, then the client will need to submit an additional non-refundable initial payment of 50% of the photography session cost and will forfeit the refund of any monies paid beyond the initial payment.

If the client or a representative of the client needs to reschedule for a third time, then J.Sabastian Photography, LLC reserves the right to immediately terminate the “Statement of Work” between J.Sabastian Photography, LLC and the client with no further obligation and will retain all monies already paid, and shall have no obligation to attend the photography session or perform the photography service.

Improper Notification - If the client or representative of the client fails to notify J.Sabastian Photography, LLC in the time specified above, then the client forfeits the refund of any monies paid beyond the initial payment toward the final photography session cost, as well as, forfeits the confirmed photography session date and time. If the client wishes to reschedule after an improper rescheduling/cancellation notification, then the client will need to submit an additional non-refundable initial payment of 50% of the photography session cost. If the client or representative of the client fails to notify J.Sabastian Photography, LLC in the time specified above for a second time, then J.Sabastian Photography, LLC reserves the right to immediately terminate the “Statement of Work” between J.Sabastian Photography, LLC and the client with no further obligation and will retain all monies already paid, and shall have no obligation to attend the photography session or perform the photography service.

 

Statement of work policy

J.Sabastian Photography, LLC requires all clients to sign and agree to a Statement of Work agreement prior to the photography session’s start date.

The Statement of Work is an agreement between J.Sabastian Photography, LLC and the client that outlines the Period of Performance, the Scope of Work, Company Responsibilities, Client Responsibilities, Payment Schedule, Digital Image Rights, Commercial License of Use Fees (if applicable), Confidentiality Agreement, Acknowledgment of Statement of Work, and Exhibits (if applicable).

The purpose of the Statement of Work is to protect you as the client, as well as, J.Sabastian Photography, LLC and to hold each the client and J.Sabastian Photography, LLC accountable in the event either party deviates from the agreed upon Statement of Work.

The Statement of Work is specific to each client and is based upon the client’s project. The Statement of Work will be presented to each client during the booking process for review. The Statement of Work will not be an official document until both the client or a representative of the client and a representative of J.Sabastian Photography, LLC, agree upon and sign the Statement of Work document.
